Dear Madame,
I would like to know if Tahini sauce is the same as garlic sauce.
i have seen in sharwarma store that they use some kind of white sauce, i want to
know the recipe for it as i know how to prepare homemade shawarma.
please help
me in giving the receipe of white sauce what they apply in pita bread and then
comes the chicken pieces, with fries and vegetables. i only want to know what
kind of sauce they use. i love shawarma too much.

Dear Dede,
Thank you so much for your videos, they are very, very inspiring. I
always wait for the new ones (especially I'm looking forward for maamoul recipe
). I'd like to ask you a question about tahini. You know that after a while
it becomes very thick. I tried to use it as normal thin one for making Baba
Ganoush - I mean I took the same quantity - but the result was no good. Then I
tried to use less tahine and dilute it with water, it takes enourmous amount of
water to become thinner and I didn't like the result either. Is it possible to
use thick tahine for hummus, baba ganoush and tahini sause?
Thank you again for
what you do!

Hi Maria,
the secret of tahini is that you need to stir it in the jar before you
use it. Tahini is made of ground sesames so sometimes the grounds end up on the
bottom and you need to stir it up so that you don't end up just using the tahini
oil on top. This should help you get a better consistency in your cooking
