This is a great Mediterranean meat pie recipe that will impress your friends and can be served as an appetizer or main dish. Serve with yogurt or cucumber and tomato salad.
Recipe
dough - see dough recipe
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 lb. ground lamb
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tsp. seven spices
1 tbs. salt
1/2 cup finely chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
Mix above ingredients for meat spread and use to spread on flat dough to make flat meat pies. Serve with yogurt.
i like your recipe but i have a question about how to keep the dough soft, is there anything i can add to do so?

Hello Ariel,
You should cook it at 400 degrees for about 12-15 minutes or until the meat looks cooked and the bread is slightly brown.
