1 1/2 cup canellini beans
1 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
5 leaves fresh basil
1 tbs fresh minced garlic
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/3 cup tahini sauce
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 cup chopped sun dried tomatoes (garnish)
1/2 cup sliced black olives (garnish)
olive oil (garnish)
Pita chips or fresh pita
This is a great variation to regular plain hummus. You can use any white bean and have a wonderful new dip.
Combine
first 8 ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Spread
nicely in a plate and garnish with sun dried tomatoes, black olives and
olive oil.
Serve with fresh pita bread or pita chips.
