This is a great dough recipe that can be used to make flat pizza style dishes or can be used to make spinach pies and meat pies. It is a very easy and versatile dough. It can also be frozen in a plastic bag for later use.
Recipe
1 packet dry yeast
1 cup warm water
1 tsp sugar
2 tbs. olive oil
3 cups flour
Combine yeast, water and sugar and let sit for ten minutes, add olive oil. Slowly add flour, half cup at a time until all combined, add a tsp of water if needed to combine dough.
This bread is mighty easy and just now I made your E-Z Dough again and I am making some meat pies. I make everything by hand - no machine and it is all in the touch. Use very little water and very little flour so as not to toughen the dough. I am here all the time Dede and I have 2 Lebanese cookbooks along with recipes that I have accumulated but I enjoy your recipes the most - they are absolutely delicious.

You thought a packet of yeast was approx 1.5 Tablespoons? I thought it was 1-1/2 teaspoons, but I never buy it in packets, only in bulk. could you tell me what the gram weight or ounce weight is?
