Hi, my name is Ana, and I'm from Mexico. I want to know if you know how to do
MARMAON, this is how is called in Mexico. Is like a soup, small balls that I
think are cooked with butter and then served in a chiken and tomato broth. Do

am a new married woman and travelled abroad so i was all alone until i
discovered your site :d

Hi Dede:

There is a type of shortbread cookie called Ghoraibie (excuse the
spelling) and wondered if you have a good recipe for that. My husband said that
it is made with "ghee" type of butter. I can find all the ingredients
here in Ottawa since there is a huge Lebanese population and many Middle Eastern
stores. Ed is Lebanese from Lebanon from the Koura but raised in Beirut. I
noticed that you didn't have that shortbread recipe in your list.
