sorry to over run you with questions. I bought rose water the first time I made
kenafe (a couple of years ago) and no one in our house liked it. We had gotten
the recipe at another site.

The restaurant that we used to get it at did not
have that rose flavor. Is there a way of making it with out it? Also, would
orange flavoring be the same as the orange blossom? If I can use the oranged
flavor (McCormick's), then do you have any idea how much? Thank yo for your
help...we are cooking kenafe and gyros with tzaziki (sorry about the spelling)
this Wednesday. Looking forward to trying your kenafe recipe!

HI Karen,
Yes you can make it without the rose water. Orange flavoring is not
the same as orange blossom, orange blossom has a different flavor, it smells
sweet and well is just different. If you can't find it in the store you can
order it from my store page
